Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after your order delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your tableware/kitchen items must remain in brand-new unused condition, free of scratches, stains, water marks or food residue. All original product tags, protective foam wraps, boxes and packaging must be intact and attached. You are also required to provide your order receipt or purchase confirmation as proof of transaction.

Once your return application is reviewed and approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label together with step-by-step guidance for packaging and dispatching your parcel. Any items sent back without prior return authorization will be rejected and returned to the sender at your cost.

Damages & Defective Items
Kindly check all dinnerware, cutlery, cookware and kitchen accessories immediately upon delivery. If your items arrive broken, chipped, scratched, stained, defective, or you receive incorrect/missing goods, contact us right away with clear photos of the product, outer packaging and shipping box. We will assess your case promptly and arrange a replacement, partial refund or full refund to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
The following kitchen and tableware products are excluded from our standard 30-day return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom engraved/personalized tableware, custom-sized kitchen gadgets and made-to-order customized kitchen sets;
- Opened, washed, used tableware, cups, food storage containers and silicone kitchen tools that have come into contact with food;
- Disposable kitchen supplies such as paper tableware, disposable cutlery and single-use food packaging;
- Liquid kitchen goods including edible cooking oils, food seasonings, cleaning detergents and ceramic glazing care liquids;
- Hazardous kitchen products including flammable cleaning sprays and pressurized gas kitchen appliances.
Additionally, clearance sale discounted tableware bundles, flash sale limited stock items and digital gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, send us an email for confirmation before sending your parcel back.
Product Exchanges
We do not support direct one-for-one exchanges for kitchenware and tableware. The most efficient solution is to submit a return request for your current item. After we receive, inspect and approve your returned package, you may place a brand-new separate order for your desired tableware, cutlery or kitchen accessories.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For all orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers hold a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel your order or file a return within 14 days of delivery for any personal reason, no justification required.
All return eligibility rules still apply under this clause: tableware must stay unused, unwashed, scratch-free, complete with all original packaging, protective padding and product labels, alongside valid purchase proof. Used, washed or damaged kitchen items will not be accepted for cooling-off period returns.
Refund Process & Timeline
After we receive and fully inspect your returned tableware package, we will send you an email notification to inform you of refund approval or rejection.
If your return passes inspection, the full refund will be automatically processed to your original payment account within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card issuers often require extra processing time to post the fund back to your account balance.
