SECTION 3 - ORDER PLACEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

When you submit an order for tableware or kitchenware products, you are placing a formal purchase offer to us. ABSOLUTE HONOUR LIMITED reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, for legitimate reasons including abnormal order volume, suspected resale behavior, false transaction risks, or product stock shortages.
Your order is only deemed officially accepted and confirmed after we successfully receive and verify your full payment. Please carefully check your cart items, product specifications, quantities, and shipping information before submitting payment. After order confirmation and system processing, cancellation requests may not be supported due to our timely order fulfillment and warehousing arrangement for tableware goods.
If we refuse, adjust, or cancel your order for any reason, we will notify you via the email address, phone number, or billing address you provided during checkout.
All tableware and kitchenware purchases are subject exclusively to our official Refund & Return Policy. No return or exchange shall be processed in violation of the stipulated policy rules.
You confirm and warrant that all products you purchase from our store are for personal, family, and household daily use only. You shall not purchase our tableware and kitchenware for commercial resale, wholesale distribution, cross-border export, or any commercial profit-making purposes.

SECTION 4 - PRICING, DISCOUNTS & BILLING

All product prices, promotional discounts, flash sale offers, and bundle pricing for tableware and kitchenware are subject to change without prior notice. The final chargeable price of your order shall prevail as the valid price displayed at the time of order placement, which will be clearly stated in your official order confirmation email.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All delivery times displayed on our store are estimated values only and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines. We shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance inspection, local logistics suspension, force majeure events, or any other objective factors beyond our reasonable control.
Once we hand over your packaged tableware and kitchenware products to the official logistics carrier, the ownership and risk of loss or damage of the goods shall be fully transferred to you. We are not responsible for product loss, damage, or delay occurring during subsequent logistics transportation.

However, all product sales, order transactions, after-sales returns and exchanges between you and our store are directly conducted with ABSOLUTE HONOUR LIMITED, not with Shopify.
You fully acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not involved in our product sales and after-sales services, and shall not be held responsible for any product quality problems, delivery issues, transaction disputes, property losses or personal risks arising from your purchase of our tableware and kitchenware products. You hereby permanently release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, liabilities and losses related to your transactions with our store.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless ABSOLUTE HONOUR LIMITED, Shopify, our affiliates, partners, employees and service providers from all third-party claims, losses, liabilities, compensation fees and reasonable legal costs arising from: your breach of these Terms of Service; your violation of laws or third-party legitimate rights; your illegal or improper use of our store Services and tableware products.
We will notify you in a timely manner of any indemnification claim. You shall actively cooperate with the dispute handling, provide relevant documents and bear all resulting costs.
